Ryan Yanulevich

Ryan Yanulevich specializes in the acquisition and disposition of mobile home and RV parks across California and the western United States, combining institutional transaction experience with hands-on market knowledge to deliver results for owners, buyers, and investors.

Before entering brokerage, Ryan built his career in commercial real estate acquisitions at AMLI Residential and Pacifica Companies, participating in over $1 billion in transactions across multiple asset classes. That background gave him a deep understanding of underwriting, deal structuring, and the institutional buyer landscape, skills he now applies to help park owners navigate the sale process with confidence.

Ryan holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University. His approach is rooted in data-driven analysis and direct market outreach, allowing him to identify value and connect sellers with the right buyers. He is committed to providing institutional-caliber advisory to an underserved segment of the market.

Away from work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and young child exploring San Diego and traveling.
