Mac Winter is an associate at Kidder Mathews specializing in office real estate at the firm’s Phoenix location. As a Phoenix native, Mac brings deep familiarity with the metro area and its commercial real estate market.

Mac graduated from the University of Arizona in 2026 with a degree in urban and regional development, where he studied real estate, development, and the forces that shape growing communities. That training, paired with a lifetime in the region, gives him a useful perspective on the market’s continued growth.

Mac is focused on building market expertise and long-term client relationships. Working alongside Scott Isacksen and Chris Jantz, he is committed to delivering thoughtful, responsive service throughout each transaction.
