Erik Swanson is a senior vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews, advising clients on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term strategies to build and preserve investment value. He has worked in commercial real estate since 2006.

Partnering with Mike King, Erik co-leads an investment brokerage group representing owners in property sales and select buyers in acquisitions and 1031 exchanges. Together, they have listed and sold investment properties exceeding $1 billion in total consideration. Their marketing platform drives broad market exposure, multiple offers, and superior returns for clients.

Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in marketing and advertising from Washington State University. He is a licensed broker in Washington State and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as the Kidder Mathews Retail Group and Land & Agribusiness Specialty Group.
