With an unmatched comprehension of lease language and financial analysis, and the support and depth of the region’s largest full-service brokerage firm, Jason delivers a complex range of skills and services to each assignment. Jason’s commitment and passion for achieving the best possible terms for his clients has provided him with outstanding client relationships and new client opportunities.
Jason is a Puget Sound SIOR Office Broker of the Year nominee, consistent Kidder Mathews top performer, and lead of Kidder Mathews office broker specialty group.
Jason began his career at Colliers International where he earned multiple “Top Ten Club” awards as part of the firm’s top ten revenue-producing Puget Sound brokers. He was also a member of the firm’s “International Awards of Excellence,” an honor recognizing the top producing brokers in the firm.

Education
A member of the President’s Honor Roll for six quarters, Jason graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and a minor in management. Jason was also a four-year scholarship recipient and full-time starter on the nationally ranked Seattle Pacific University Men’s Soccer Team, competing in the National Championship Tournament three out of four years.
