Drew Ramirez is a commercial real estate advisor at Kidder Mathews specializing in the sale and leasing of office and R&D properties throughout San Mateo County.

A Peninsula native, Drew joined the Redwood City office of Kidder Mathews in 2023 and works closely with senior brokers Brett Weber, Steve Divney, and John McLellan. He represents a variety of landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers giving him a balanced, deal-oriented perspective when advising clients on leasing strategy, acquisitions, and dispositions. His deep local knowledge gives him a distinct advantage in navigating the market, identifying opportunities, and delivering results for clients.
