Mike Metzger

Mike Metzger is a senior vice president and industrial real estate advisor specializing in leasing, sales, and acquisitions across the greater Sacramento region and Northern California. Alongside his partner Kevin Lynch, he co-leads a strategically built brokerage team at Kidder Mathews.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Mike began his career in 2009 as an industrial broker at CBRE in Sacramento. In 2013 he moved to the ownership side, spending a decade at Westcore Properties as director of acquisitions and leasing, where he first led industrial leasing in Sacramento and later headed the firm’s Los Angeles office. In 2022 he returned to the brokerage side as an executive vice president with JLL, where he led industrial tenant representation in Sacramento, before joining Kidder Mathews.

This combination of institutional ownership experience, corporate brokerage, and corporate tenant representation provides Mike with uncommon insight into the priorities and decision-making of both landlords and occupiers. His ability to see transactions from multiple seats allows him to deliver clear market analysis, create meaningful leverage in negotiations, and help clients make decisions that reduce risk and maximize value.
