Mike and his partner, Kevin Lynch, co-lead a strategically built brokerage team at Kidder Mathews focused on going the extra mile for their clients.
Mike started his career with CBRE in Sacramento in 2009 as a young industrial broker. In 2013 he moved to the institutional ownership side, spending a decade with Westcore Properties as director of acquisitions & leasing in Sacramento and later led the firm’s Los Angeles office. In 2022, Mike returned to the brokerage side as an executive vice president with JLL, leading corporate tenant representation in Sacramento before joining Kidder Mathews.
This combination of institutional ownership experience, corporate brokerage, and corporate tenant representation provides Mike with uncommon insight into the priorities and decision-making of both landlords and occupiers. His ability to see transactions from multiple seats allows him to deliver clear market analysis, create meaningful leverage in negotiations, and help clients make decisions that reduce risk and maximize value.
