About

Kevin Lynch advises private capital, corporate occupiers, and institutional owners on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate.

Kevin is a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews with 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. His practice is organized around three disciplines — middle-market investment sales, industrial advisory, and special-use institutional assets — serving clients of the greater Sacramento region and across the Western United States.

In investment sales, Kevin executes asset transactions between $2 million and $50 million, advising private and institutional investors, trusts, and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks, and 1031 exchange strategies, tailored to each client’s investment timeline and exit goals.

His industrial practice covers landlord representation, tenant advisory, and acquisitions across the logistics and warehouse sector, from multi-tenant infill buildings to corporate distribution facilities for regional and national occupiers.

Kevin also leads a specialized advisory practice for non-profit and institutional owners, providing strategic consulting, valuation, and disposition services to faith-based organizations, charter schools, and educational institutions with complex, special-use real estate.

Prior to brokerage, Kevin was an assistant offensive line coach at the University at Buffalo (Mid-American Conference) and an NCAA student-athlete on the offensive line at Sacramento State (Big Sky Conference). The coaching carried over: preparation, clear communication, and accountability.
