Cory Kamian is a property manager in Kidder Mathews’ Pleasanton, California office. Cory has been managing commercial properties in the Greater Bay Area for nearly 30 years. Cory is directly responsible for day-to-day operations, landlord and tenant relations, property operations, construction project management, financial reporting, budgeting, and CAM reconciliations.
Cory’s exceptional market knowledge of the Greater Bay Area and understanding of institutional project leasing and reporting protocols, well-established relationship in the brokerage community, commitment to detail and history of providing strong customer service to clients, results in greater tenant retention and lower vacancy in the assets represented.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Cory was an asset / senior property manager with Village Properties, where she oversaw office and retail portfolios across the United States. Cory’s experience includes preparing annual budgets, periodic re-forecasts, management plans, performance and variance reports, property inspections, construction management & negotiating complex lease transactions.
