Ben Garrett

Ben Garrett specializes in representing Seattle area office tenants in lease transactions. As a member of Kidder Mathews’ Tenant Advisory Group, Ben works only on behalf of tenants. Placing his clients’ best interests above all else, Ben is a staunch advocate focused on finding the best office space solutions possible and achieving the most competitive economic lease terms for his clients.

A lifelong Seattle area resident, Ben is a University of Washington graduate and a member of the Washington Athletic Club and Sahalee Country Club. Ben is active in several charitable organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of Greater Seattle.
