Bruce Garlinghouse specializes in the sale and acquisition of mobile home parks, RV parks, and self-storage facilities across the Pacific Northwest & California. He partners with Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Rand Hoffman.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bruce began his career as a broker with Apex Real Estate Partners where he gained invaluable experience in almost every sector of commercial real estate from office leasing to investment sales. Eventually, he turned his focus to self-storage assets and quickly facilitated nearly $60,000,000 in transaction volume.

That pivot led him to join Kidder Mathews, where he is excited to combine his experience of self-storage with Rand Hoffman’s wealth of expertise in mobile home and RV parks, underpinned by a deep commitment to clients’ needs.
