Aaron P. Fritz, CCIM

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Aaron was one of the founding members of the National Healthcare Practice Group within global commercial real estate firm, Cassidy Turley, which later became Cushman & Wakefield. He has been specializing in corporate and healthcare real estate transactions serving clients throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area for many years and also represents investors with their commercial real estate needs throughout the country.

Aaron provides his clientele with the expertise, tools and strategic guidance to facilitate sound decision making for successful long-term planning as well as individual transaction execution. His extensive relationships throughout many related industries prove invaluable for helping his clients to meet their needs in other supporting services such as financing, cost segregation, property management and asset services.
