Mike Ciosek, SIOR is executive vice president and the designated broker for Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office. He has been a shareholder since 2016 and serves on the firm’s board of directors.

Mike is one of the founding members of Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office, established in 2016. It began with nine brokers and has since grown to include 49 brokers, seven appraisers, two senior property managers, and 15 support staff. Mike served as managing director of the Phoenix office from 2019 to 2021 and continues in the role of designated broker.

Mike specializes in selling, leasing, and developing industrial and creative office properties. For more than 20 years, he has partnered with Eric Bell. The team is recognized as industry experts in landlord, buyer, and tenant representation, particularly concerning investments, acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, and land acquisition/disposition. Their primary areas of focus are the Northwest Valley and Deer Valley along the I-17, Loop 101, Loop 303, and West I-10 corridors.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Mike served as senior vice president at Voit Real Estate Services, and Colliers International Phoenix, where he and Eric were consistently ranked as a top-producing team in Arizona. Together, they have sold approximately 50% of all industrial buildings in the Deer Valley submarket.

From 2016 to 2021, Mike and Eric averaged over 100 sale and lease transactions annually. Over the course of their careers, they have completed over 1,000 sales and lease transactions, achieving a total transaction volume well exceeding one billion dollars.
