About

Tim Chin is a 25-year commercial real estate veteran specializing in both landlord and tenant representation of office properties throughout the Puget Sound. Committed to placing client needs as his top goal, Tim’s service, excellence, and attention to detail have helped him build long-term business relationships. Because of those close connections, he has gained a thorough understanding of the many issues facing companies today. His expertise provides a valuable resource for his clients, not only in locating an ideal facility but also in obtaining the best terms for any real estate transaction.

Prior to Kidder Mathews, Tim was an office specialist with Colliers’ Bellevue office for over 15 years. Before that, Chin was director of marketing and research for another local commercial real estate firm. This experience assisted in providing him with solid building owner and developer relationships as well as a complete understanding of market conditions, availabilities, rental rates, and lease concessions.
