Conner Boyd

Conner Boyd is an office specialist focused on tenant representation across Southern California. His background includes a strong track record of lease transactions and ongoing representation of a national portfolio account.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Conner worked at Cresa, where he built momentum advising tenant clients in multiple Southern California office markets. He is now part of the firm’s Tri-Cities office team, a group with a long-standing presence in the market since 1981. His tenant-focused approach is further strengthened by the team’s experience and collaborative platform.

Conner is known for his client-first mindset, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex negotiations. His approach is shaped by his previous career as a PGA teaching professional, where discipline, precision, and performance were critical. He brings that same focus and competitive edge to commercial brokerage, aligning strategy with execution to deliver strong outcomes.

Outside of his professional work, Conner is active in the community. Following the Altadena fire in 2025, he organized a benefit golf tournament that raised more than $45,000 for Door of Hope, supporting families impacted by the disaster.
