Conner Boyd is an office specialist focused on tenant representation throughout Southern California. He brings a strong track record of lease transactions, along with ongoing representation of a national portfolio.

Conner is part of the Tri-Cities Office Team, led by Bill Boyd, Linda Lee, and Scott Unger—a group with a long-standing presence in the market since 1981. His tenant-focused approach is further strengthened by the team’s experience and collaborative platform.

He is known for his client-first mindset, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex negotiations. His approach is shaped by his previous career as a PGA teaching professional, where discipline, precision, and performance were critical. He brings that same focus and competitive edge to commercial brokerage, aligning strategy with execution to deliver strong outcomes.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Conner was with Cresa, where he built momentum advising office tenants in Southern California.

Outside of his professional work, Conner is active in the community. Following the Altadena fire in 2025, he organized a benefit golf tournament that raised more than $45,000 for Door of Hope, supporting families impacted by the disaster.
