Jay Bennett combines Engineering Analytics, Strategy and Personal Investment experience to provide an edge for his clients. He started in the industry in 2017 as an investor in multifamily properties and joined Kidder Mathews, working with Holly Yang, CCIM, in 2022. Owning multiple apartment buildings, as well as retail and warehouse space, Jay has hands-on experience on what goes into a successful investment, and uses these skills to help guide his clients. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jay had a successful career in the Energy industry, focusing on increasing revenue while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Jay leverages his analytical and strategic background in engineering, combined with his experience as a real estate investor, to provide clients with a competitive edge in the real estate market.

Outside of the office, Jay spends time with his wife and their two young boys. Having been born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jay loves all things water, skiing, and hiking.
