Jay Bennett is a vice president at Kidder Mathews, specializing in investment sales and co-leads an Asia-Pacific Services team alongside his partner, Holly Yang.

Prior to his career in capital markets, he built a foundation in chemical engineering, specializing in the energy and oil and gas refining sectors. This highly analytical background drives his approach to complex financial modeling, commercial debt restructuring, and long-term yield analysis, ensuring his clients receive data-validated underwriting.

Beyond his advisory role, Jay is an active commercial real estate owner, operator, and investor.
