Reality Sports Foundation is moving forward with plans to transform the former Sound Christian Academy campus in Tacoma into a multisport training center.
The 20-year-old faith-based nonprofit acquired 7.34 acres of the former school campus at 2052 S. 64th St. in a $6.4 million transaction that closed April 22. Kidder Mathews represented both sides of the deal, with Matt McLennan, Steve Pelluer and Zeke Pelluer representing Reality Sports Foundation and Bruce Barker representing the seller, South Sound Christian Schools.
