With more than 20 years of commercial property management experience, Maturi leads Asset Services across the Eastside—overseeing portfolio performance, operations, and business development for more than 6.5 million square feet. He advises institutional, private, and governmental clients across a diverse mix of property types.

Maturi brings extensive regional and international experience to the role. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he led major Seattle CBD office portfolios, oversaw Pacific Northwest property management operations for national service providers, and directed large real estate services teams and assignments across the U.S. and Asia.
