Leveraging more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management, Craig leads all aspects of Asset Services across the Eastside market—including portfolio performance, operations, and business development. He oversees assignments on behalf of institutional, private, and governmental clients spanning a diverse range of commercial property types.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Craig led major Seattle CBD office portfolios, oversaw Pacific Northwest property management operations for national service providers, and managed large real estate services teams and assignments in the U.S. and Asia, including Taiwan, Singapore and Myanmar. Across these roles, Craig guided teams through transitions, supported capital and operating priorities, and delivered strong results for owners, clients, and tenants.
Craig holds an MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University. He is a licensed Washington State managing broker and holds the CCIM, RPA, and LEED AP designations. He has served as co-chair of BOMA’s Sustainability Committee, sat as a two-time International TOBY Awards judge, and remains active in industry and community leadership.
