Kidder Mathews Leaders Honored Among Top Women in Commercial Real Estate by GlobeSt.

Kidder Mathews’ Erin French, Paula Danker, Christina Twidale, and Anwen Robinson have been nationally recognized as Women of Influence by GlobeSt. Honorees are selected based on their leadership and impact within the commercial real estate industry.

Erin French, CPM®, CCIM is President of Asset Services, leading the division across the firm’s 19 offices in the Western U.S. She was recognized in GlobeSt.’s Corporate Real Estate Executive category.

French joined Kidder Mathews in 2002 and has played a central role in expanding the division’s capabilities and market presence. A longtime shareholder, she served as Asset Services Chief Operating Officer before being promoted to President in 2023. Prior to that, she led Kidder Mathews’ South Sound property management group in Tacoma, Washington for 17 years. In her first year as President, Asset Services achieved its highest revenue to date, adding large-scale assignments including one million square feet of office space for Vulcan Real Estate at 555 Tower in Bellevue, Washington—one of the most coveted management assignments on the West Coast.

Paula Danker, CCIM is a Senior Vice President and shareholder based in Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office. She was recognized in the Broker-Investment Sales category.

Danker is one of Southern California’s most active investment brokers, with more than three decades of experience. Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $1 billion in transactions, including over $104 million in 2025 alone.

Christina Twidale is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. She was recognized in GlobeSt.’s Marketing/Communications Professionals category.

Twidale has been with Kidder Mathews for 20 years, where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s brand and marketing infrastructure. Over the course of her tenure, she built an award-winning design team, launched a companywide graphics and marketing training program, and helped lead four company rebrands—including a 2019 campaign celebrating the firm’s 50th anniversary and a complete brand refresh in 2023.

Anwen Robinson is Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Asset Services in Seattle. She was recognized in the Property/Facility Manager category.

Robinson has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience spanning portfolio operations, strategic planning, and client service. She oversees Kidder Mathews’ Seattle portfolio, leading initiatives that enhance operational performance, strengthen client relationships, and support long-term asset value. Her leadership has played a key role in driving portfolio growth and delivering a high standard of service across the market.
