Anwen’s ability to manage high-stakes projects while maintaining a focus on client and tenant success has established her as a trusted leader in the industry.
Anwen’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle portfolio. In this role, she ensures the seamless operation of properties while maintaining the highest standards of tenant service. A results-driven leader, Anwen excels in fostering a collaborative, high-performance team dynamic. Her strategic focus on optimizing property management processes and driving operational efficiencies has led to sustained property value appreciation and exceptional tenant satisfaction.
Anwen relocated to Seattle in 2021 to manage a life science and technology portfolio. Prior to her move, she led the Boston office for a private development group, overseeing a wide range of capital projects such as roof replacements, controls systems upgrades, lobby renovations, tenant buildouts, façade repairs, and elevator modernizations. In her prior roles, Anwen managed capital improvements totaling over $20 million, enhancing properties in both downtown Boston and its suburbs.
Anwen earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 1993. She is an active member of BOMA and CREW Seattle, where she co-chairs the Events Committee. Throughout her career, Anwen has regularly volunteered with community organizations, emphasizing her commitment to giving back and creating positive impact within her industry and beyond.
