Elijah Piper and Tony Herrmann of Kidder Mathews’ Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team, along with Brian Richardson, also of Kidder Mathews, represented the seller, Investors Management Group, and served as the sole brokers in the transaction. The buyer is a California-based investment group.
