Elijah is a member of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews, working from the Tacoma office. He is dedicated to creating wealth for his clients by analyzing their portfolios and strategically identifying opportunities across various market cycles.

Elijah earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate in three years from Fresno State University, where he also played football on a full-ride scholarship. He began his real estate career in Fresno, California, as part of a high-performing team that completed over $150 million in annual transaction volume.

Eventually, Elijah returned to his roots in the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family and to focus on building his business in the communities he knows best. Known for his diligence and ethical approach, Elijah has earned a strong reputation among his peers and clients as a trusted advisor in multifamily investment sales.
