The industrial market north of Seattle continues to attract out-of-state investment as buyers seek manufacturing facilities with expansion capacity in the Pacific Northwest. KB Partners LLC, a Vernon, California-based company, paid $10.5 million for a food processing plant and adjacent land in Marysville. Hilco Real Estate Sales Vice President Chet Evans represented the seller in the Nov. 13 transaction.
