Denim Company Consolidates Operations with Industrial Lease Near LA

Cello Jeans, a Los Angeles-based denim and apparel manufacturer established in 2007, has signed a new long-term lease for 75,035 square feet of industrial space at 6817-6883 E. Acco St. in Commerce, California. The deal lets the company consolidate operations into a single, larger facility in the city’s Montebello industrial submarket.
