Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce the promotion of Will Frame to Regional President of Brokerage for the Pacific Northwest. He will lead 170 brokers—generating nearly $3 billion in annual transaction volume—across five offices in Washington, and Oregon while driving recruitment, business development, and the firm’s ongoing expansion across the region.
Frame, who was born and raised in the region, brings a proven track record of leadership and production. Based at the firm’s Tacoma office, he has specialized in office and healthcare sales and leasing since joining Kidder Mathews in 2015. Over the past decade, he has become a shareholder and one of the firm’s top producers, completing more than $800 million in transactions spanning more than seven million square feet of property—working alongside Senior Vice President Drew Frame, Associate Ryan Kershaw, and Client Services Coordinator Katie Afichuk on The Frame Team.
Beyond his role at Kidder Mathews, Frame is deeply engaged in advancing the commercial real estate profession. In 2025, he joined the board of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), where he has been an active member for 10 years. He also holds membership in the Washington State Chapter of NAIOP. Through these positions, he advocates for broker resources, professional collaboration, and long-term industry growth and impact. He graduated from Washington State University’s Carson School of Business with a degree in accounting.
“Will is one of the sharpest and most generous brokers I know,” said Eric Paulsen, Chief Operating Officer. “He has a natural ability to lead, always taking initiative, and lifting up the people around him. It’s exciting to see him bring those qualities into this leadership role, where he will continue to make a lasting impact on our firm, our clients, and the region.”
While other commercial brokerages have been consolidating into larger publicly held firms, Kidder Mathews, which is privately owned by its brokers and key employees, continues to capitalize on this trend by offering its unique platform to attract top performers. The platform is built on a flat and efficient management structure with award-winning marketing and support services, and commission splits that are significantly more favorable to brokers. The firm offers the opportunity for its brokers and employees to become shareholders.
“I’ve had the privilege of learning this business from the ground up at Kidder Mathews, a firm with an unmatched platform and truly the best people in the business,” said Frame. “Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with exceptional colleagues and clients who have shaped my career and inspired me every step of the way. In this new role, I look forward to continuing to serve the company and broader CRE community—opening doors for others and expanding our business by bringing in more top talent across the Pacific Northwest.”
Frame succeeds Brian Hatcher, who retired this summer after nearly 30 years with Kidder Mathews.
