The Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team at Kidder Mathews continues to grow with the addition of Vice President Matt Johnston. He joins at the firm’s Seattle headquarters, where he will partner with Executive Vice President Jerrid Anderson to focus on the sale of apartment buildings valued between $10 million and $30 million in the city’s core neighborhoods.
Johnston brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience, having started his career at CBRE. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he served as Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq. He has completed nearly 150 multifamily transactions totaling more than $700 million in sales volume, representing both private and institutional investors. Johnston has established himself as a rising industry professional and was recognized in 2023 with a Next Generation Award from Connect CRE.
