Kidder Mathews Welcomes Industrial Specialist Mike Metzger in Sacramento

Mike Metzger has joined Kidder Mathews as a Senior Vice President in Sacramento, specializing in industrial real estate across Northern California.

Metzger brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background that spans both brokerage and ownership. He began his career in 2009 as an industrial broker at CBRE in Sacramento. In 2013, he moved to the ownership side, serving as Director of Acquisitions and Leasing for Westcore. He spent 10 years with the firm—initially based in Sacramento before relocating to lead its Los Angeles office. In 2022, Metzger returned to brokerage, rejoining the Sacramento market at JLL.

His experience on both sides of the table gives him a clear understanding of landlord priorities and occupier needs. Metzger uses this dual perspective to help clients make informed decisions, navigate complex transactions, and capture value. His ability to anticipate market dynamics and align real estate strategy with business goals makes him a trusted advisor to both owners and tenants.
