Kidder Mathews has welcomed Bruce Garlinghouse as Vice President at the firm’s Portland office, partnering with Senior Vice President Rand Hoffman. The team will focus on the sale and acquisition of mobile home parks, RV parks, and self-storage facilities across the Pacific Northwest and California.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Garlinghouse launched his brokerage career at Apex Real Estate Partners in 2018. During his tenure, he gained broad experience across nearly every sector of commercial real estate, from office leasing to investment sales. He soon specialized in self-storage assets, quickly facilitating nearly $60 million in transactions.
“Kidder Mathews has the platform and regional strength to support the kind of specialized work we’re focused on,” said Garlinghouse. “Rand has built a strong foundation here, and I’m looking forward to helping take it even further.”
