Only 1,000 professionals in 22 countries and U.S. territories hold the CRE® (Counselor of Real Estate) credential. Boring brings more than three decades of experience in complex valuation and advisory services across national and international markets. He currently leads Kidder Mathews’ nationwide machinery and equipment appraisal service line and maintains an active litigation, agricultural, and marine valuation practice. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he served as CEO of Lee & Associates Valuation and Consulting, followed by nearly a decade at CBRE as the co-national practice group leader for the Agribusiness, Land and Natural Resources Group.
In addition to the CRE® designation, Boring holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, the ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers
