Wholesale Distributor Nabs Vegas Warehouse Near Allegiant Stadium

A wholesale security products distributor is expanding in the Las Vegas market with the purchase of a warehouse near Allegiant Stadium.

Intermountain Lock & Security Supply Co., a company that offers an array of locksmithing and security supplies, acquired the 28,420-square-foot building at 3670 W. Oquendo Road. The deal came out to nearly $7.9 million, or about $277 per square foot.
