Xtra Lease Acquires Seattle-area Land Parcel for $9.8 Million

Xtra Lease, a national semi-trailer rental and leasing company, has purchased a 9.1-acre land parcel in Puyallup, Washington, from a private investor for about $9.8 million.

Located at 16205 110th Ave. E., the site was acquired for Xtra Lease’s own operational use. The company already serves the Seattle-Tacoma market from an existing branch in Sumner, Washington.
