Kidder Mathews Asset Services has been selected by NewStreet Properties to manage the corporate headquarters of Amkor Technologies, located at 2045 E. Innovation Circle in Tempe, Arizona. The 97,504-square-foot facility sits within the Arizona State University Research Park, a growing hub for innovation and home to the new Chips for America R&D campus.
Amkor Technologies is one of the world’s largest providers of semiconductor packaging and test services. The company has made a long-term commitment to this headquarters facility and the surrounding community, reinforcing Tempe’s position as a center for advanced technology and manufacturing.
