Intermountain Lock & Security Supply Co. has acquired a 28,420-square-foot industrial facility located at 3670 W. Oquendo Road in Las Vegas. Kidder Mathews brokers Jeremy Green, SIOR and Mike Catt represented Intermountain in purchasing the property for nearly $7.9 million as part of a 1031 exchange.
Situated near key transit routes and just southwest of Allegiant Stadium in the stadium district, the property’s location supports Intermountain’s continued growth across the Western U.S. The company operates an existing Las Vegas facility currently on the market for sale at 3910 Graphic Center Drive and will use the newly acquired warehouse to expand operations in the region.
“We were looking for a facility that made sense from both an operational and investment standpoint,” said Green. “This property delivers on both—it’s well located, thoughtfully designed, and ready to support Intermountain’s next chapter in Las Vegas.”
