Kidder Mathews Arranges $12.375 Million Sale of 52-Unit Apartment Portfolio in Inglewood, CA

Kidder Mathews successfully arranged the $12.375 million sale of a four-property apartment portfolio totaling 52 units in the Fairview Heights neighborhood of Inglewood, California. Executive Vice President Darin Beebower and Associate Dakoda Iversen represented the buyer, a private local real estate investor, in the transaction.

The portfolio includes:

  • 610 E Hyde Park – 12 units, built in 1963
  • 803-811 E Hyde Park Boulevard – 18 units, built in 1952
  • 806 E Hyde Park Boulevard – 10 units, built in 1956
  • 812 E Hyde Park Boulevard – 12 units, built in 1991

As one of Inglewood’s rapidly evolving neighborhoods, Fairview Heights has become increasingly sought-after for investment and development. Located near SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, Kia Forum, and Hollywood Park, the properties also offer direct access to Interstate 405 and public transit connecting residents to LAX, downtown, and Santa Monica.
