Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Executive Vice President Dan Stutz in Seattle. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Stutz specializes in office leasing and investment sales — representing landlords, tenants, and investors across the Puget Sound region.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Stutz held senior roles at CBRE, Martin Smith Inc., and Grubb & Ellis, building a reputation as a trusted advisor in the downtown Seattle office market. Over the course of his career, he has completed over $1.5 billion in transaction volume across more than five million square feet.
