With over 35 years of experience, Dan has represented landlords, tenants, and investors in complex negotiations, providing strategic guidance to maximize asset value and secure optimal lease terms.

He has deep expertise in the downtown Seattle office market, advising ownership clients on leasing strategies that enhance property performance and long-term investment returns. Dan’s extensive background working with landlords gives him a unique perspective on structuring agreements that align with market conditions. On the tenant side, he leverages real-time market insights to negotiate favorable terms that support his clients’ business objectives.
