Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Anwen Robinson as senior vice president and market leader for the firm’s asset services division. Robinson will join Jim Lovsted in Seattle, working in partnership to oversee all aspects of Kidder Mathews’ Seattle portfolio — ensuring seamless operations, driving tenant satisfaction, and leading high-performance property teams to deliver best-in-class service.
With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Robinson is a seasoned leader with deep expertise across asset types, project management, capital planning, and acquisitions and dispositions. She has a proven track record of managing complex, high-value portfolios while optimizing property management processes and driving operational efficiencies.
Before moving to Seattle in 2021 to oversee a life science and technology portfolio, Robinson led a private development group’s Boston office, managing over $20 million in capital projects, including system upgrades, tenant buildouts, and exterior rehabs.
“Anwen is a fantastic addition—she knows how to run a portfolio with precision while keeping both tenants and clients top of mind,” said Erin French, CPM®, CCIM, President of Asset Services at Kidder Mathews. “Her depth of experience and leadership style make her a natural fit, and I’m excited to see the impact she’ll have in Seattle.”
