Over the course of his career, Zamudio has represented a diverse portfolio of tenants and property owners — completing more than 1,050 transactions spanning over 10 million square feet and totaling more than $1.1 billion in value.
In 2006, Zamudio earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, an accreditation achieved by fewer than 3% of commercial real estate professionals globally. This distinction reflects his commitment to delivering exceptional service by combining advanced analytics, financial acumen, and industry insight to meet clients’ needs.
