Steve Zamudio, CCIM

Steve Zamudio specializes in the sale, leasing and consulting services to tenants and owners in the industrial and technology sector throughout Silicon Valley.

With more than 38 years of experience in commercial real estate, Steve’s extensive experience allows him to assist his clients in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate business. More specifically, Steve specializes in the industrial and technology sector of commercial real estate and has done so ever since he began his career in 1987.

Steve earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) accreditation in 2006. To be a CCIM member, Steve not only had to show evidence of significant transaction value over his career, he also had to complete a series of highly specialized schooling focusing on finance, analytics, marketing and decision-making metrics. The CCIM designation ensures a level of brokerage unmatched by competing brokers in local, regional, and national markets. Only 3% of all commercial agents have obtained the coveted CCIM designation, further separating Steve from his competition in allowing him to best assist his clients.

Steve is a native resident of San Jose, attending all schooling in San Jose and graduating from San Jose State. He resides in the suburbs of Willow Glen, CA with his wife and three daughters. When not working, Steve enjoys golfing, biking and spending time with his family at his home in the mountains.
