The transaction was brokered by Pete Klees and Rick Danis of Kidder Mathews, with Flo Realty Gilbert LLC acquiring the property for $15,267,500 as an owner-user.
“We initially marketed the property for lease, but the strong interest from buyers prompted us to pivot to a dual strategy, allowing us to capitalize on both leasing and purchase opportunities,” said Klees.
