Kidder Mathews Arranges $15.27M Sale of 87,232 SF Industrial Property in Gilbert

Kidder Mathews successfully represented a private owner in selling an 87,232-square-foot industrial building located at 1150 N Fiesta Boulevard in Gilbert, Arizona. The transaction was brokered by Pete Klees and Rick Danis of Kidder Mathews, with Flo Realty Gilbert LLC acquiring the property for $15,267,500 as an owner-user.

“We initially marketed the property for lease, but the strong interest from buyers prompted us to pivot to a dual strategy, allowing us to capitalize on both leasing and purchase opportunities,” said Klees.

The property’s strategic location in Gilbert, near major corporate neighbors such as Northrop Grumman/Orbital, Amazon, Empire Machinery, Wingcopter, and Amphenol Technologies, enhances its appeal to industrial users. With its heavy electrical capacity and flexible infrastructure, the facility is well-suited for manufacturing and industrial operations.
