Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce the return of Stephan Ktorza as senior vice president in downtown Los Angeles. With over 25 years of specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties, he brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the Southern California market.
Previously, Ktorza was a senior vice president and managing director at Heger Industrial in Los Angeles. After that, he served as senior vice president at Kidder Mathews from 2017 to 2022, during which time he established himself as a key player in the industry. He left to open E&R Property Group, where he was in charge of real estate nationwide for Kids Empire, a leading children’s entertainment chain. In this role, Ktorza oversaw the successful expansion of the brand, launching over 100 locations across 24 states.
Originally from France, Ktorza began his career in Paris as a financial leasing officer, specializing in financing investments for major businesses. This early experience provided him with a strong foundation in financial strategy, which has been instrumental in his success in commercial real estate.
“The skills and insights I gained from leading Kids Empire’s expansion have prepared me to make a significant contribution to Kidder Mathews,” said Ktorza. “The company’s strong market presence and reputation for excellence and growth made it the ideal place for me to apply my expertise and be part of its continued success.”
