Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Alex Hilgenberg as First Vice President in Reno. He brings over a decade of brokerage experience in mixed-use/retail land, retail development, retail sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, flex/warehouse space, and NNN asset dispositions. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a director at Cushman & Wakefield in Reno.
Hilgenberg has represented various developers in Northern Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. His notable tenant clients include Advance Auto Parts, Sherwin Williams, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Burger King, Great Clips, Verizon, Subway, Anytime Fitness, Inspire Brands, and Mel’s Diner International.
“I am thrilled to join the Reno Kidder Mathews team,” said Hilgenberg. “Today, it is the largest privately held CRE firm on the West Coast, but it still treats its brokers and clients like family. Because they put their brokers first, it allows us to put our clients’ needs first.”
Prior to his commercial real estate career, Hilgenberg was a multi-unit Anytime Fitness franchisee in Northern Nevada, successfully opening and operating locations in Fernley, Yerington, and Minden/Gardnerville.
