Alex Hilgenberg is a first vice president at Kidder Mathews specializing in mixed-use/retail land, retail development, retail sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, flex/warehouse, and NNN asset dispositions.
Alex has represented various developers in Northern Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. His represented retail tenants include Advance Auto Parts, Sherwin Williams, Aaron Rents, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Stanley Steemer, Burger King, Great Clips, Verizon, Subway, Anytime Fitness, Everbowl, Burning Man Project, and Nevada Physical Therapy to name a few.
Alex began his commercial real estate career in 2013 with Reliance Commercial in Phoenix, Arizona. From 2013 to 2020, he worked with retail developers, specializing in finding retail pad sites, tenant representation, multi-tenant retail shop assembly, and working with various food users.
Before his commercial real estate career, Alex was a multi-unit Anytime Fitness franchisee in Northern Nevada, successfully opening and operating locations in Fernley, Yerington, and Minden/Gardnerville. He operated the franchises from 2007 to 2012 with a successful exit out of fitness.
