The property is located at 20 E. Pineridge Ct. This is the Simon Anderson team’s ninth closing in 2024, including five sold by Frame in Spokane County.
The Turning Leaf Townhomes comprises 32, light value-add, two-story units. Built in 1988 as a standard, market-rate apartment building, previous ownership operated the building as short-term, extended-stay rentals — along with The Autumn Leaf Apartments in Airway Heights, a 24-unit, turn-key complex, which Frame sold in February, making this a successful portfolio sale.
