Located at 418 E. Mission Avenue, the property features an estimated 6,000 square feet of living space including 15 bedrooms. It is one of the largest rooming houses in Spokane’s University District. The complex was built in 1905 with an additional annex built in 1978 and was vacant at the time of sale, giving the buyer multiple leasing opportunities ahead of the 2024/2025 school year.
“With consistent communication from all parties, this was an extremely smooth transaction in a very volatile market,” said Frame. “We were able to source the buyer within a week of marketing the property and closed 35 days from going under contract. Both buyer and seller were great to work with.”
