Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Kevin Lynch as a senior vice president in Sacramento. He brings over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, specializing in private capital advisory and transactional services. He also has deep expertise in educational and religious facilities.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Lynch was a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield in Sacramento for 10 years after starting his career at Newmark Cornish & Carey. He has completed 600+ sale and leasing transactions in seven states, with 4,800,000+ square feet in buildings and an additional 150+ acres of redevelopment, totaling over $185,000,000 in value.
“Kidder Mathews has had many key wins across California over the last few years, as brokers are moving away from publicly traded legacy platforms due to the continued cost-cutting measures and reduction in broker support,” said Lynch. “As a privately held firm, Kidder Mathews is in a more nimble position to prioritize brokers’ needs, allowing us to better serve the needs of our clients.”
Lynch has represented a wide range of regional and national clients including Texas Valley Holdings, Gold River Distributors, AIT Logistics, Vannelli Foods, Katadyn North America, Sunbelt Rentals, the California Charter School Association, Aspire Public Schools, Charter School Capital, and The United Methodist Church.
