Kidder Mathews Lures Retail Brokers From Rival as Sector’s Performance Improves

Retail and hospitality brokers Kelly Gaddis and Mia Ponce have joined the Bellevue office of Kidder Mathews. The team specializes in retail and hospitality across the Seattle region.

Friday’s announcement of the move comes as the retail sector has improved to become one of the nation’s highest-performing asset classes, said Kidder regional brokerage President Monica Wallace.
