Kidder Mathews’ Mike Ciosek, SIOR has been elected President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Arizona Chapter’s board of directors. He has been an SIOR designee since 2016 and served as Vice President of the board since 2021. Beginning this month, he will serve a two-year term as President.

Ciosek is an executive vice president at Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office, where he specializes in industrial properties. He and his partner at Kidder Mathews, Eric Bell, have averaged over 100 sale and lease transactions annually from 2016 to 2021. They have completed over 1,000 transactions throughout their careers, with a total transaction volume of over $1 billion.
Kidder Mathews has one of the highest ratios of SIOR designees in the industry, with 42 SIORs among the firm’s 140+ industrial specialists. In the past three years, Kidder Mathews’ industrial group has completed over $13.7 billion in transactions — including 102 million square feet in leases and 49 million square feet in sales.
