Nikolas Rieser, MAI, has joined Kidder Mathews’ Valuation Advisory Services in Phoenix, Arizona as a senior vice president.
Mr. Rieser has over 15 years of commercial real estate appraisal and consulting experience focused primarily in the Greater Phoenix area. His expertise extends across various property types including multifamily, industrial/flex, retail, office/medical office, self-storage, mobile home parks, hotels, land, and special-use properties.
Mr. Rieser has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in Arizona and a licensed Arizona real estate agent. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a senior director at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop in Phoenix.
