Nikolas Rieser is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services in the Phoenix office. He has been active in real estate appraisal and consulting for over 14 years, spanning a variety of assignments and property types across multiple states.
Mr. Rieser began his appraisal career in 2008 with MJN Enterprises in Tucson, Arizona. During his 14-year career, Nikolas has held positions at BDO as a senior associate, at Valbridge Property Advisors as a senior appraiser, and at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop as a senior director. In 2023, he joined the Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services team.
Nikolas Rieser’s appraisal experience includes various assignments, including appraisals, market studies, feasibility analysis, reviews, purchase price allocations, financial reporting, and a variety of consulting assignments. He has worked on numerous property types, including multifamily, industrial/flex, retail, office/medical office, self-storage, mobile home parks, hotels, land, and various special-use properties. He has specialized in multifamily, including build-for-rent, garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, affordable/LIHTC, student housing, and senior housing projects.
